Our Powerlifting club is a tactical strength challenge to increase resilience, resistance and functional fitness.
The March - April Powerlifting Club was for anyone wanting to try powerlifting and didn’t know where to start, or for those just wanting to build Squat, Bench and Deadlift strength.
Coach Lesley, one of the Australian Powerlifting Champions, Australian Strength & Conditioning Coach, who also has a Bachelor degree in Exercise and Sport Science ran the intense block, 3 times a week for an hour, with 4 x cardio sessions to back them up.
The new year is a great time for a Weight loss Challenge. Our new year challenge saw a group of 8 women reaching far beyond their goals. This challenge was about learning to lift and look like a fit, lean athlete but also learning how to eat and cook to complement their training.
Our participants were coached by some of the most qualified and experienced people in the industry. They committed to 4 x sessions a week with our specialist team.
